# The Quantic Factory
> The Quantic Factory edits QTrack, a visitor identification platform for Shopify merchants integrated with Klaviyo, Meta, Google and WhatsApp. We help e-commerce brands recover the revenue lost to unrecognized visitors, in a GDPR-compliant first-party framework.
## About
The Quantic Factory is a French B2B SaaS company founded in 2024, based in Paris. Our flagship product QTrack reconnects Shopify visitors already known to the merchant's CRM database (Klaviyo) but unrecognized on the current session, generating incremental CRM revenue through dedicated, deduplicated flows.
Core thesis: most Shopify merchants don't have an abandoned cart problem — they have a visitor recognition problem.
## Key concepts we cover

- Missed cart recovery and browse abandonment

## Proprietary research
Our January 2026 study on 150 French Shopify+Klaviyo merchants found:
- 50% of e-commerce traffic comes from already-identified profiles
- Klaviyo natively recognizes only 5 to 15% of CRM-eligible traffic
- Less than 50% of customers are opt-in
- 3-month LTV is below CAC for the majority of merchants
- Less than 1 in 3 customers repurchases within 12 months
